DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival)
We are currently filing DACA renewals if it expired on or after September 5, 2016, DACA cases that expire within 150 days, and DACA cases for those whose DACA expired before Spetember 5, 2016. Any other DACA applications are not accepted by USCIS at this point.
USCIS published a new memorandum.
There is a a preliminary injunction in place right now ordered by a federal judge. This could be overturned soon. We don't know how long this window of opportunity is going to last, and what will happen to the pending cases filed after the injunction.

Advanced Parole for DACA recipients cannot be applied for. USCIS will not accept completely new DACA application, i.e. DACA applications for person who never had DACA.

AG Jeff Sessions had announced on September 5, 2017 in a press conference that DACA had been rescinded. US Citizenship and Immigration Services had only accepted DACA initial cases on or before September 5, 2017. No initial DACA cases had been accepted afterwards. Those DACA cases that had been filed before that date will be adjudicated or were adjudicated on a case by case basis, just like previously. Anybody whose DACA expired between September 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018 was able to file before October 5, 2017.
