Executive Action: Expanded DACA & DAPA


On November 20, 2014, President Obama announced an immigration executive action that would include an expanded version of the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and a new program for parents called Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA). While these initiatives have been put on hold for the time being, please check back regularly for important updates and information on eligibility and application requirements.
