We cannot help those who are trying to obtain legal immigration status through their employer. Nor can we assist with applying for temporary, employment-based immigration or any non-immigrant visas, though we may be able to refer you to others who provide those services.

All first-time clients should call us at 859-233-3840 to request a consultation. We have very limited staff and are not able to answer the phone at all times, so you may have to leave a message or call back. When you reach us, a staff member will ask you about your situation and inform an attorney if it falls within our area of expertise. An attorney or legal assistant will contact you to set up a consultation. We do not accept walk-in clients.

Most of our staff speak both English and Spanish. We use professional phone interpreter services for many other languages.

Fees

There is a $25 first consultation fee for immigration cases. If we can accept your case, we may charge a minimal fee, depending on the type of service provided. However, no one will be denied for the inability to pay.
